Many people appearing in District Court cannot afford an attorney and must represent themselves. To make the court more accessible, I plan to draft an online pro se manual that everyone can understand with links to the court's forms that are available to everyone.

As the current Committee Chair for BSA Troop 19 and a former Assistant Scoutmaster for BSA Troop 2, I know the value of teaching our youth about civic engagement. As District Judge, I plan to welcome our community and youth to the court to learn.

As the father of a young adult on the autism spectrum, I know first hand how individuals with different abilities may have difficulty communicating and navigating in the legal system. I will ensure that disabled and neurodiverse individuals feel comfortable and welcomed in our court.
